  • 1 Passport size photo for submission.
  • Original Birth Certificate for verification.
  • Copy of Birth Certificate to be submitted along with the filled in Application form.

  • 1 Passport size photo for submission.
  • Copy of Birth Certificate to be submitted along with the filled in Application form.
  • Aadhar copy of student and parents to be submitted along with the filled in application form.
  • SATS number to be submitted along with the filled application form.
  • ON LINE TRANSFER CERTIFICATE (SATS) and Original TC to be submitted on the re-opening day.
  • TC of outstation candidates should be endorsed by the concerned State Board authority.
